Great Golf

The Haute Savoie is a fantastic place to play golf on some wonderful courses. There is a superb 18 hole course in Les Gets, a challenging 9 hole course in Avoriaz and great courses within an hours drive at Evian, Chamonix, Annecy and Flaine.

Les Gets has a fabulous Golf course situated on the Chavannes Ridge between Les Gets and Morzine. The course is facing Mont Blanc and each hole is named after a nearby peak, number 14 being Mont Blanc. The variety, alpine air and stunning views offered on this course won’t fail to seduce you.

Morzine-Avoriaz also has a challenging 9 hole golf course set on the plateau at Porclou. It is at an altitude of 1600m so requires a degree of physical fitness. There are stunning views around of the nearby summits of the Haut-Chablais emerging from a sea of conifers.

Evian Royal Golf Club is one of the finest courses in France and also where they hold the European Tour Evian Ladies Masters. Set on a plateau above Lake Geneva, the charming surroundings are both stunning and peaceful with superb views as far as Switzerland.

Flaine Les Carroz is a fantastic 18 hole, 63 par course set at 1500m
with spectacular alpine scenery.
Annecy is a beautiful course set in a wooded nature reserve with
lovely views over Lake Annecy. The course has 18 holes and a par of 68.
Chamonix has a superb course set in the glacial valley under Mont
Blanc. It is a challenging 18 course with a par of 72.
